My initial impression: I find the book useful in understand how to use iText. Bruno Iowagie, the 'father' of the IText PDF library, has produced a second edition of his book on IText (published by Manning). The first edition of "iText in Action" was a best seller. I bought the book iText in Action just 2 days back hoping that it would answer some of the questions that I have with my current project.
